This policy explains how NightingaleFit handles information used to sell and deliver The Discipline Protocol.
Information we handle
We may receive your purchase email, order or product reference, access status, and the workout logs and completion data you choose to save. Our website also receives routine technical information needed for security and delivery, such as an IP address, browser type, and request logs.
How it is used
We use this information to verify purchases, provide and secure member access, save program progress, support customers, prevent misuse, and operate the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by Stan and its payment providers. NightingaleFit does not store your complete payment-card details. Cloudflare hosts the site, protected access system, and program database. Automation providers may transmit purchase details solely to grant access. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Cookies and storage
The member area uses a secure, essential session cookie to keep you signed in. It is not used for advertising. Public pages may use limited local browser storage for basic site preferences.
Retention and control
Purchase and access records are retained while needed to provide the product, meet legitimate business or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the contact method on the NightingaleFit Stan storefront. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
Security and updates
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. This policy may be updated as the service changes; the effective date above will be revised.
