These terms apply to the NightingaleFit website, The Discipline Protocol, and related digital materials. By purchasing or using them, you agree to these terms and the Training Disclaimer.
Personal license
Your purchase grants one buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. You may not share login credentials or access codes, republish workouts or files, resell the product, distribute copies, scrape the member area, or use the material to create a competing product.
Access
Use the same email used at checkout. You are responsible for protecting your access code and session. NightingaleFit may suspend access reasonably believed to be shared, fraudulent, abusive, or associated with a refunded or disputed order.
Payments, refunds, and delivery
Checkout and payment are handled through Stan and its payment providers. The product page and checkout state the current price, delivery, and applicable refund terms. Contact NightingaleFit promptly through the storefront if delivery fails. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Program changes and availability
Reasonable updates may be made to improve safety, clarity, compatibility, or delivery. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or events outside NightingaleFit's control. We do not promise uninterrupted availability on every device or browser.
Intellectual property
NightingaleFit branding, written coaching, program design, images, and digital experience are protected materials belonging to their respective owners. No ownership transfers with a purchase.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Fitness outcomes are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the product is provided for general educational use and you remain responsible for appropriate medical clearance, equipment, environment, scaling, and exercise decisions.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from the new effective date.
